Lila has always had an interest in Middle Eastern Art starting at a young age. Her first dance instruction started with internationally known Oriental Dance teacher Sakti Rinek in Taos, NM. Lila then moved to Albuquerque for school and was introduced to Tribal Style Bellydance with local instructor Arianne Monti of Troupe Apsara whom she studied with for 2 yrs. Lila was performing Tribal Bellydance with Apsara soon after learning ATS dynamics. She is currently a core member of the Rogue Bindis and enjoys performing around Albuquerque & the 505.
